3) Academy Discretion: The academy reserves the right to reschedule classes as needed or Holidays and special events.
4) Class Cancellation: In the event of class cancellation by the academy, a makeup class will be scheduled at the academy's discretion.
5) Student Conduct: Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the program without refund.
6) Payment Schedule: Payment for the program is due in full before the start of classes. Payment plans may be available at the academy's discretion.
7) Media Release: Students may be photographed or recorded during classes, and their likeness may be used in the social media of the academy.
8) Health and Safety: Students are responsible for their own health and safety during classes. The academy is not liable for any injuries that occur on the premises.
